ACSI® Resources

Touchstone Energy provides a variety of resources to help you interpret your ACSI score (for energy utility and/or broadband services) and understand how your co-op compares to other industry providers. 

Benchmarking 

Touchstone Energy members have access to a range of continuously updated materials that allow them to compare their performance with other member cooperatives’ and industry scores and to gain an overview of quarterly and annual trends. The Annual Co-op Customer Satisfaction Scorecard provides details on annual ACSI trends by regions and co-op sizes, whereas the Quarterly Histograms can help you benchmark your co-op’s ACSI score against other Touchstone Energy member co-ops that received ACSI scores in the same quarter like you.

Throughout the year, Touchstone Energy provides its members with opportunities to learn more about the ACSI program, available survey options, and suggestions to improve member satisfaction and engagement.

Promote Your ACSI Score
