Electric cooperatives provide their member-owners with so much more than just energy but it can be challenging to keep track of all the factors that shape member needs, opinions, and expectations. To equip your co-op with the data and answers it needs to determine priorities and identify opportunities, we are excited to present you with the brand-new Cooperative Advantage Report.
Conducted by Touchstone Energy’s research partner CFI Group/ACSI®, this survey asks residential member-owners across the United States about their experience with their electric co-op, covering a wide range of topics from ease of understanding billing statements over communication preferences to website satisfaction.
Participation in this survey is free to Touchstone Energy member cooperatives and each participating member co-op receives their individual American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) score and the national report at no cost. Distribution cooperatives can access their specific, local results for an additional fee. G&Ts and Statewide Associations can obtain the results for their full list of participants for a fee to help gauge opportunities to support their members.
Your co-op can sign up for this survey until May 16, 2025. Fielding begins in June 2025 and the Cooperative Advantage Report will be released in Q4 (2025).
