Touchstone Energy members have access to a range of continuously updated materials that allow them to compare their performance with other member cooperatives’ and industry scores and to gain an overview of quarterly and annual trends. The Annual Co-op Customer Satisfaction Scorecard provides details on annual ACSI trends by regions and co-op sizes, whereas the Quarterly Histograms can help you benchmark your co-op’s ACSI score against other Touchstone Energy member co-ops that received ACSI scores in the same quarter like you.
